Opening of the Caregiver Training Center

In March 2025, we opened the Caregiver Training Center at our Furunoichi office as a new educational base for welfare personnel development.
In collaboration with our welfare facilities, Weltech students gain hands-on experience while studying.
Dedicated staff conduct structured initial caregiver training programs.
The center delivers training from fundamentals to advanced practical application.

We hosted exchange events for new caregiver workers and graduating students.
Language and cultural differences were bridged through collaborative activities.
These programs strengthen teamwork and build long-term professional bonds.
